hey hey! the osin tri was good! no problems for me. went very smoothly. jus tt i ate abit too much on the bike then when i was runnin i was feeling v full and could feel the stitches almost coming. so had to run slower. but the feeling after getting off the bike to run was oh man... i dont want to do this hahah. but after awhile u get into the rhythm and u can go faster. but all in it was a very enjoyable race. but osim tri make us run alot and push the bike alot in the transitions. hahha but the course was rather flat so was easier. and the sun was shiok! hahaha. as in during the swim. enjoyed the swim the most!

thinkin of doin im 70.3 in putrajaya on oct 4 for training and race experience. before i do busselton in dec. good plan har? hahahah but it cost 200 usd for race fees. hahahah so still tinkin whether neccessary..

and oh mans... where is my new bike frame... is it ever comin.... hahahah.. i see those pple on aero bar shiok only. so relax hahah.

ya la. ok mus step up trg! so as to relax during the race. hahah tc!

Jus watched sing dollar with calvin n juice. Wasn't much good. But some parts quite funny, e songs were just alright. Got my 13" macbook pro yday! Haha still gettin use to how to use it haha. I shall name my Mac Donald. Haha felt sick last week. Had a flu but not honenone. So didn't exercise much. This sun is Osim tri. Hopefully I'll do well! N regarding sch, Calvin n I haven been attending orientation haha. So we all both quite blur abt stuff regarding school. Haha reaching home! Tired! Gn for a ride tmr morning. Gd nite!

Hello! This is wat I done for e week haha. Actually nothin much. Stayed home Friday went jw house at night to watch tour de France cos I no cable . Had a super shiok ride on sat morning. Did 120km n when I reached home I felt accomplished! Haha then stayed home again on sat cos quite tired. Sunday night we went durian hunting with e cell. Managed to get XX number of durians! Not bad right! Den we proceeded to geylang for u know wat... Beef horfun! N more durians. Had tau Huey too. Wj was happy he had a fufilling night haha so it was worth it. Monday afternoon was spent at varsity cooking clam chowder n chix. Den wj came over to eat n watch movie. We went to sks bookstore to get some stuff den back to wj's to watch another movie. So e lazy body didn't exercise today haha. Tmr gn Nus for briefing aft maybe drop by passione.dunno when is my bike frame coming. ok! thats all for now! smiles!

A reminder for us all.

Faith in Christ is not just a single step but a life of walking with Him.

Some have tried to make the Christian life more convenient. They choose to practice Christianity on Sunday only. They attend a religious service at whatever church makes them most comfortable. They give a small offering and are nice to fellow churchgoers—nothing that requires much effort on their part. That way they can have the rest of the week to themselves, to live as they please.

That would be a convenient Christianity. But we know that following Jesus is a lifestyle and not a Sunday-only convenience. Being a “disciple” calls for giving up our lives for Him (Matt. 16:25). It’s about living as Jesus calls us to live, daily giving up our plans and purposes for His. A relationship with Him causes us to be concerned with our thoughts, decisions, attitudes, and actions—all to make our life joy-filled for us and pleasing to God.
